We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take ownership of an innovative 3D simulation and digital factory platform, driving it from concept to launch. The role requires proven experience, strong technical grounding, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while aligning with business goals.

Mandatory Requirements (Please address in your application):

1. Do you have

   4+ years of Product Management experience

   with successful delivery of software products?
2. Can you demonstrate

   experience building products from scratch

   including strategy, design, and go-to-market execution?
3. Do you have a

   technical background

   with knowledge of R&D processes and product development?
4. Have you worked with

   3D environments, 3D simulation, or CAD tools (Revit, Blender, etc.)

   ?
5. Can you provide examples where you translated

   technical ideas into business value and defined user stories/UI/UX requirements

   ?
6. Have you led and influenced

   cross-functional teams

   toward a common product vision?
7. Can you show experience using

   Agile methodologies

   and

   data-driven product development

   ?
8. Do you hold a

   Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle: concept, roadmap, requirements, design, development, and release.
  
• Lead collaboration with R&D, UI/UX, product marketing, and stakeholders to ensure product-market fit.
  
• Define and manage backlog priorities, customer workflows, and metrics for product performance.
  
• Act as the voice of the product internally and externally, supporting sales and marketing teams.
  
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
