Senior Process Automation Engineer

As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Waters Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes and enhancing employee experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement automated solutions to optimize business processes across the organization. Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts, as well as stakeholders from various departments, you will create innovative automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate for this role will possess deep expertise in automation tools, programming languages, and process engineering. This hands-on, technical role will require you to focus on designing scalable automation architectures, integrating systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will follow a hybrid work model, spending 3 days a week at the GCC office in Bellandur, Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using industry-leading tools like Celonis, analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies, developing automation strategies, and collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into automated workflows. You will also be responsible for automating data-driven processes, integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems, and continuously monitoring and refining automation solutions to ensure optimal performance. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in process automation or software development. Expertise in RPA platforms, relevant programming languages, AI-powered automation tools, and a strong understanding of business processes and workflows are essential. Additionally, familiarity with cloud-based automation tools, databases, data integration technologies, and excellent communication skills are required.
