Responsibilities: - Remediating data in the Clients and Security Coding systems - Conducting trend analysis and root cause identification, proposing or implementing solutions based on the analysis - Collaborating with global teams to ensure data quality is improved - Delivering high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders - Leading ad-hoc projects from start to finish - Providing measurable metrics to Management - Assessing risks appropriately when making business decisions, with a strong focus on protecting the firm's reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, adhering to policies, exercising ethical judgment, and addressing control issues transparently.
