Senior PowerApps Developer

Location : PuneExperience : 5 - 10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior PowerApps Developer & Architect

to lead the design, development, and end-to-end management of PowerApps solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including overseeing project delivery, defining architectural standards, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise solution architecture, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Development

Design, develop, and customize PowerApps applications based on business requirements.
Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft 365 services, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
Optimize PowerApps applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across PowerApps and Power Platform components.

Architectural

Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
Lead the design of scalable, reusable, and maintainable PowerApps architectures.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with overall IT and digital strategy.
Evaluate new Power Platform features and capabilities to enhance existing solutions.

Managerial & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of PowerApps developers and analysts.
Oversee project planning, resource management, and timely delivery of solutions.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to coding and quality standards.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and innovative team culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in Power Platform development with a strong focus on PowerApps.
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level PowerApps solutions.
Strong understanding of Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, Dataverse (CDS), and data modeling.
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
