Senior Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform—specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse—to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop canvas and model-driven Power Apps tailored to business needs.
• Build robust Power Automate flows to automate complex workflows across systems.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and third-party APIs.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, incorporating advanced DAX and data modeling.
• Lead architectural discussions and provide best practice recommendations for Power Platform projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable low-code/no-code solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data governance through effective use of environments, roles, and connectors.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform applications and processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of internal Power Platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• Proficiency in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience with custom connectors, expressions, REST APIs, and integration with on-prem/cloud systems.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-100, PL-600) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
• Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
• Exposure to AI Builder, RPA (Power Automate Desktop), and licensing models.
