Key Responsibilities:

Polymer Development & Processing
: Lead the design, formulation, and optimization of polymer materials for various plastic products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Product Lifecycle Management
: Oversee the entire lifecycle of polymer products, from conceptualization and prototyping to scaling up for mass production.
Process Optimization
: Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
Technical Leadership
: Mentor and guide junior engineers and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and problem-solving.
Quality Assurance
: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring all products meet or exceed regulatory and client requirements.
Client Interaction
: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions that align with their objectives.
Research & Development
: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to inform the development of new polymer materials and products.
Compliance & Safety
: Ensure all engineering activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
