Senior PL/SQL Java Product Implementation & Support Engineer

As a member of the Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU) Banking Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your technology expertise and skills to work with cutting-edge Oracle Banking products that are designed with next-generation architecture and leverage the latest technologies. Your qualifications should include hands-on experience in end-to-end development, implementation, and support activities, covering various expertise areas such as customization design, coding, unit testing, test cycle execution, migrations, and software integrations. Proficiency in software programming with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database is necessary. Familiarity with release management, source control tools, and issue tracking on applications is expected. Client interaction skills, software deployment, troubleshooting on application server software, and analysis of Oracle Database performance reports are also important aspects of the role. Having a good grasp of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes would be advantageous. Exposure to the banking domain, software development practices, DevOps tools, testing tools, and programming languages such as Core Java, J2EE, Rest API, JavaScript, and XML is beneficial. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies in the banking industry is also valuable. The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
