Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Project Planning and Monitoring of Residential High rise buildings projects. should be responsible for time management along with tracking of cost management, Budget vs Cost spent report.

The position will be responsible to provide support to construction Head to manage various work fronts, plan out daily weekly and monthly tasks arrange for men material and design decisions. Progress MIS, MOM, RERA reports, Manpower plan, progress ladder reports, material trackers, Project execution Trackers AOP targets and delay logs.

Review contractor performance takes active participation in weekly site review meetings and do follow up plan. Provide monthly management reports.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project. Preparation of MSP schedules for Residential & Commercial.

Raising red flags to design, costing and contracts department and management for vendor non-performance and highlighting critical issues w.r.t lookahead plan

Track project progress, analyze variances between planned and actual performance, and report on progress to stakeholders. 

Analyze project costs and identify areas for improvement to maintain budget adherence. 

Ensure adherence to project deadlines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Fully conversant with MS PROJECT and MS OFFICE along with ERP software to extract data and present in a dashboard to take actions.
