Job Title: Associate/Senior Associate (Drafting)

Experience Required: 6 months-6 years

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft high-quality patent applications for US and EP jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
Prepare comprehensive and technically accurate patent specifications in compliance with relevant patent laws and practices.
Conduct thorough reviews and ensure the clarity, accuracy, and completeness of drafted patent documents.
Collaborate with inventors and technical teams to understand and articulate innovations effectively.
Stay updated with the latest developments in patent law and relevant technologies.
Understanding Technical disclosures across technical domains.
Conducting technical research and establishing a comprehensive understanding of a range of subject areas.
Drafting patent applications related to state-of-the-art inventions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

The candidate must have good patent drafting ability, US or EP applications.
Should have at least 6 months to 6 years of patent Drafting experience.
Primarily, the candidate should be able to draft patent applications independently, i.e., the candidate should be well versed with patent specification drafting.
Should have decision-making and analytical skills
Domain expertise in the following technologies, AR/VR, AI/ML, image processing, Blockchain, & IoT will be a plus.
Proficiency in spoken/written English.
The candidate should have
a

bachelor's

or masters

degree

in

Electronics

and

Communication (ECE), Computer Science

engineering .
