Senior Odoo Functional

You have 7+ years of experience and are sought after to join our team at ESSPL as a Senior Functional Odoo ERP professional. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global digital transformation initiatives for businesses. Your deep expertise in Odoo's functional modules and broad understanding of industry business processes are essential. Your main responsibilities will include leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across various functional areas, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configuring and customizing Odoo modules like Sales, CRM, HR, Inventory, and Accounting, providing functional support and training to end-users, collaborating with technical teams for custom development and integrations, and effectively managing project timelines, documentation, and client communication. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience with Odoo ERP in all major functional modules, a solid grasp of core business processes such as Sales, CRM, HR, Inventory, and Accounting, excellent communication and client-handling skills, a proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, and a preference for Odoo Functional Certification. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
