Job Description

We are seeking a qualified

Senior Node.js Developer

to join our dynamic and fast-paced agile team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and JavaScript, with the ability to manage backend development teams and mentor junior colleagues effectively. This role will involve building API integrations, maintaining e-commerce systems, and contributing significantly to our technical growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain highly scalable API integrations
Develop, test, and deploy Node.js-based services
Collaborate on e-commerce development and continuous improvement initiatives
Exhibit problem-solving expertise and assist in troubleshooting issues
Work collaboratively with other team members
Communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Lead the backend development team by fostering a culture of quality and innovation
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Node.js development

Requirements

5 to 8 years of working experience in Node.js, JavaScript, and Next.js
Competency in Typescript and accessibility standards
Background in leading a backend development team
Skills in JavaScript, Node.js, and Next.js
Proficiency in English communication (B2 level)
Understanding of the MACH architecture
Strong leadership ability with proven mentoring skills
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
