Job Description

Expert in Switching Routing, Cisco 9300, Nexus switches, cisco Meraki wireless
Cisco SDWAN, cisco Veptela
BGP routing, VLAN configurations, IP SLA
Must be a team player who could lead a team from front
good communication skills
Flexible to work 24/7 shifts
Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit end-to-end network solutions
Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams
Expertise in Different Technologies as Engineering - CISCO/ Juniper / Nexus/ Fortinet / Palo Alto / SD-WAN / Azure VPN / F5 /VPN/Meraki Switch/ NAT/ IPSEC/ Monitoring/ GRE
Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred
Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies.
Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of large-scale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative.
Track and resolve issues as they come in
Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues
Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents
Communicate updates to necessary parties
Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution
Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary
