Senior Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer at DB Technology in Pune, India, you will be part of a global team of tech specialists focused on promoting technical excellence and innovation in financial services. Your role will involve engineering, testing, and documenting large-scale network solutions in collaboration with Senior Architecture leaders and other technology teams. You will be responsible for ensuring production readiness of new solutions before implementation, with expertise in hardware and software certifications. In this position, you will design new network infrastructure, develop global standards, and work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements and determine solutions. You will conduct production-readiness testing, evaluate solutions, and present designs and standards to business leaders. Additionally, you will be involved in training staff on specific technologies and designs. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Computer Engineering, Business Information Science, or a related field, along with solid experience in Network Design and Architecture. You should possess senior design and engineering experience in developing network solutions for large enterprise environments, with a preference for a variety of Cisco network certifications. A proven track record in hardware/software testing procedures or quality assurance is also required, along with engineering-level knowledge of vendors/products such as Cisco, Arista, F5 Networks, Fortinet, and Adva.
