Senior .Net Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be a part of a cutting-edge, cloud-based 5D BIM enterprise platform, RIB 4.0, that is transforming construction company management in the Industry 4.0 era. Your role will involve collaborating on software component design, developing solutions from business logic to user interface, guiding architectural decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability, conducting code reviews, and fostering team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate on defining, designing, and implementing new software components within the RIB 4.0 environment. - Develop comprehensive solutions covering business logic to user interface design. - Guide architectural decisions to ensure platform scalability and maintainability. - Define and implement robust testing methodologies for solution stability and reliability. - Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation. - Lead the BIM/5D development team, providing technical leadership and guidance. - Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. - More than 8 to 10 years of technical leadership and team management experience. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs, and SQL. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases. - Experience in 3D BIM data, processes, or data formats in the construction industry. - Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Motivation for digital transformation and continuous improvement. - Experience with cloud-related performance and scalability, including cloud service optimization.
