Senior .NET Developer Technical Development Lead

You are a highly experienced and motivated Senior .NET Developer ready to step into the role of Technical Team Lead. Your expertise lies in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, and RESTful API development, complemented by a solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with international clients, including the flexibility to travel to the UK as required by clients. As a Technical Team Lead, you will guide and inspire a team of developers in the conceptualization, creation, and deployment of .NET-based applications. Your responsibilities include architecting and executing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions utilizing .NET Core /.NET 6+, designing and integrating RESTful APIs with third-party services, leveraging Azure services for cloud-native application development, and establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Furthermore, your role involves collaborating with diverse teams and international clients to elicit requirements and deliver innovative solutions, conducting code reviews, providing technical direction, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Your skill set should include a strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, hands-on familiarity with Azure services, expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs, and proficiency in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
