Job Summary:

Senior .NET Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.

• Hands-On Development

• Develop and review complex modules using

  C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6/7 frameworks

  .
• Build and optimize

  REST APIs, microservices, and integrations

  with external systems.
• Implement and manage

  Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and advanced database interactions

  (SQL Server).

• Code Quality & Governance

• Set and enforce coding standards,

  conduct code reviews

  (both front-end and back-end), and ensure adherence to secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, encouraging technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to drive end-to-end delivery.

• DevOps & Cloud Integration

• Lead CI/CD implementation using

  Azure DevOps, Git,

  or similar.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on

  Microsoft Azure

  (App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, etc.).

• Innovation & Process Improvement

• Evaluate and introduce new .NET frameworks, libraries, and tools to enhance productivity.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement across the SDLC.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with

  front-end frameworks

  (React and Angular) and

  back-end technologies

  .
• Proficiency in

  database design and management

  (SQL).
• Strong understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in

  microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  .

• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ADO.NET

• Knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies
