Must-Have Skill Set:

Technical Expertise:

Angular 14+, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
Proficient in GIT and version control systems

Performance & Optimization:

Strong skills in identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing database queries
Ability to enhance application speed and efficiency

Security & Compliance:

Knowledge of information security standards and best practices

Collaboration & Communication:

Proven experience mentoring and leading junior developers
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment
