Senior Mobile Application Developer (React Native)

The Senior Mobile Engineer position in Pune is a full-time, onsite job from 11 AM to 8 PM IST. As a Senior Mobile Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications while ensuring technical excellence and scalability. Your role will also involve managing a team of 3-5 mobile developers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with the company's objectives. Your primary job purpose is to lead and oversee the development of scalable, maintainable mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. You will manage a high-performing team of mobile developers, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with organizational goals. Your accountabilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, managing and mentoring a team of developers, implementing state management solutions, integrating third-party libraries, leading the release process, collaborating with product owners and backend teams, and driving continuous improvement through research and implementation of the latest tools and technologies. Essential role requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 6+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native, proven experience in team management, experience with Android and iOS native development, training or certification in mobile development frameworks, proficiency in Redux, Firebase integration, and geolocation APIs, expertise with development tools, understanding of app deployment processes, strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, adaptability to evolving technologies, advanced knowledge of React Native and Flutter, expertise in state management tools, proficiency in native development tools, and skills in integrating third-party libraries.,
