Senior MEP Engineer

Job Description: As an experienced candidate with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, you must have successfully completed or handled at least one high-rise residential or commercial project consisting of 15 or more floors from the initial stages to the final handover. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully manage and oversee all aspects of the high-rise project from the beginning to the completion stage. - Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. - Monitor and control the project budget, schedule, and quality standards to meet the client's requirements. - Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure timely delivery. - Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to achieve project goals and objectives effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven track record of successfully completing high-rise residential or commercial projects. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage a project team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations. - Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) would be an added advantage.,
