Senior Maximo Developer

Job Summary:

The Senior Maximo Developer is responsible for designing technical solutions, independently developing, and thoroughly testing Maximo 7.6 applications, including utility, ACM, and other industry-specific add-ons. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality Maximo solutions within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Maximo 7.6 applications and customizations.

Implement and configure Maximo add-ons like Utility, ACM, and industry solutions.

Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure application quality and functionality.

Collaborate with architects, analysts, and team members to deliver solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing Maximo applications.

Follow project standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Stay current with Maximo technology trends and updates.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; 4+ years of relevant IT experience.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Maximo 7.6 architecture, components, and development.

Proficient in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Maximo application development.

Experience with Maximo add-ons such as Utility and ACM.

Familiarity with Maximo integrations with enterprise systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
