Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall MEP construction activities
for data center projects from initiation to completion.
Develop, manage, and monitor construction schedules
to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, OEMs, and specialist contractors
to ensure smooth and synchronized execution.
Oversee installation and commissioning of mission-critical systems
including HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
across all project sites.
Monitor project budgets, validate contractor bills, and control costs
to maintain financial discipline.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients
to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively.
Maintain accurate project documentation
, reports, and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
Identify project risks
and implement effective mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Update and manage CRM systems
for project tracking, documentation, and workflow visibility.
Motivate and guide project teams
to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery effectiveness.
Lead Pan India execution
for major clients (Sify & Colt) ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
