Senior Manager | Global Delivery, Professional Services (Guidewire Implementation)

As a Senior Manager in Guidewire Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in empowering and leading high-performing delivery teams to successfully design, configure, and integrate Guidewire solutions that align with clients" strategic goals. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will lead and oversee successful Guidewire product implementation, maintenance, and enhancement projects. You will provide techno-functional expertise across at least two Guidewire xCenter modules and manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive Agile project management methodologies, act as a team motivator, and mentor team leads to promote professional growth and development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee successful Guidewire product implementation, maintenance, and enhancement projects. - Provide techno-functional expertise across at least two Guidewire xCenter modules. - Manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Drive Agile project management methodologies. - Act as a team motivator and mentor team leads. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8-10 years in Guidewire product implementation. - Proven experience as a technical delivery leader and project manager in large-scale Guidewire projects. - Deep understanding of the Guidewire architecture, data model, and technical components. - Strong proficiency in Gosu scripting, Java/J2EE, XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and related Guidewire cloud offerings is advantageous. - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. - Excellent business communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Experience with Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies. - Guidewire certification (e.g., Config/Integration ACE) is highly preferred. - Prior experience in a consulting environment is a strong plus.
