Our team is responsible for building and owning the mono-repo, libraries and infrastructure such as CI/CD that help our Product teams build great user-experiences and interfaces. This includes building, supporting and ensuring the cloud-based development environments, services and tools are fast and reliable for our engineers to use every day.

• Accountable for reliability, security, performance, and scale

• Drive adoption

• Drive cultural change

• Support teams in delivering large projects

• Proven track record of delivering projects

• 5+ years managing and growing engineering teams

• Experience providing feedback and coaching

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience building SaaS platform and software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scalable, high-performance, highly available systems.

• Experience operating mono-repos, and supporting continuous integration systems

• Strong understanding of using metrics

• Familiarity with security, privacy, or compliance systems

• Experience structuring and coaching teams

• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships
