About the Role

Senior Manager Delivery Quality

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage delivery quality for multispecialty medical coding processes.
Define, implement, and monitor quality assurance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with delivery leaders, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality standards.
Drive performance improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for quality issues.
Manage and mentor a team of quality auditors and leads to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure adherence to
HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines
.
Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Identify training needs and work with the learning & development team to build coding accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum
12+ years of overall experience
in medical coding, with
at least 2 years in a managerial role
.
Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in
multispecialty medical coding
.
Proven track record in managing delivery quality operations in healthcare/BPO/KPO environment.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
