Senior Manager- Delivery (Kinaxis Practice)

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager Delivery to lead our Kinaxis Practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of large-scale supply chain solutions using Kinaxis or similar platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder, or SAP. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, full ownership of Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) activities, and overseeing all enhancements and change requests to ensure ongoing customer value and satisfaction.

WHAT

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale IT or supply chain transformation, AMS, and enhancement/change request projects.
• Deep expertise in Kinaxis Maestro or comparable platforms such as o9, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
• Demonstrated experience leading AMS teams and managing continuous enhancements with robust SLA/KPI management.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project and support delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• High customer orientation with a consistent record of achieving delivery, CSAT, and value realization goals.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

WHAT

• Lead the delivery of large, complex Kinaxis and related supply chain digital transformation projects, taking full ownership from initiation to steady-state support.
• Oversee all Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) activities, ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of deployed solutions.
• Manage the complete life cycle of enhancements and change requests for Kinaxis, including requirement gathering, impact assessment, prioritization, delivery, and post-release support.
• Define, establish, and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics across both AMS and enhancement/change request activities.
• Apply Agile/Scrum-based project management techniques to optimize project, support, and enhancement request delivery.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives, proactive communication, and high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and exceptional CSAT and delivery outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and value addition within delivery, AMS, and enhancement management.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless project transition, continuous improvements, and timely addressing of change requests.
