Role Overview: You are a senior Magento Developer with expert-level experience of at least 5 years in Magento and PHP. Your role involves enhancing and improving existing e-commerce solutions, requiring architecture experience and hands-on team-handling skills. You will work independently and as a lead to mentor and train other application developers, improving their knowledge of the Magento platform over time. Key Responsibilities: - Develop custom admin panels tailored to specific business requirements and enhance user experience. - Customize Magento's admin panel menus and navigation structure to streamline workflows. - Implement e-commerce best practices and Magento's capabilities to create robust and scalable solutions for online stores. - Manage multi-store Magento setups, including multi-menu in the same country for different brands, multi-currency, and tax configurations. - Develop and customize Magento modules to extend core functionalities and integrate with third-party systems. - Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure responsive and scalable Magento applications. - Utilize strong knowledge of DBMS (MySQL), XML, HTTP, HTML, NT/UNIX, Nginx systems, XDEBUG, Elastic Search. - Write optimized code and define proper indexes, customize CMS panels, and have a deep understanding of entities in the Magento Framework. - Implement Magento security best practices, experience in applying security patches and vulnerability fixes, and migrating Magento versions. - Work with web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc.), SQL Database, MVC architecture, Magento's architecture, and customization capabilities. - Use version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies for efficient development. - Troubleshoot complex issues with excellent problem-solving skills.
