Your primary responsibilities will include: - **LLM Development & Optimization:** - Design, train, and fine-tune FINA using open-source LLMs like LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, and GPT-J for financial applications. - Employ parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) techniques to boost model efficiency while maintaining accuracy. - Integrate self-learning mechanisms to ensure continuous evolution of FINA through user interactions and real-time financial data ingestion. - **NLP & Financial Data Processing:** - Create and enhance NLP models for document comprehension, financial risk assessment, and transaction categorization. - Engage in named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and automatic financial report generation. - Develop embedding models and vector search architectures to establish a robust financial knowledge base. - **RAG & AI-Powered Financial Insights:** - Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance LLM response accuracy and domain knowledge. - Build custom search and retrieval mechanisms utilizing vector databases like FAISS, Weaviate, or ChromaDB. - Develop multi-modal AI models merging structured and unstructured financial data to provide profound insights and analytics. - **Deployment, MLOps & Scalability:** - Deploy and manage FINA on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and follow MLOps best practices. - Optimize models for low-latency inference and scalability through quantization, distillation, and model pruning techniques. - Implement real-time monitoring and feedback loops to boost model performance and user experience.
