Senior Learning Consultant

As a member of the sales and advisory team at Eduminds Learning, a global education consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and executives to help them achieve their academic and career aspirations. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and enroll clients into Doctorate (PhD and DBA) programs, particularly within the Middle Eastern region. This full-time role, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, will require you to engage with international clients, communicate program details effectively, manage the entire sales cycle, and drive monthly revenue targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to consistently meet enrolment goals, establish trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Eduminds as a leading higher education consultancy. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, be punctual, disciplined, and maintain a professional attitude. While prior experience in international sales or client engagement is preferred, it is not mandatory. You should have the ability to understand client needs, build long-term professional relationships, and be target-oriented with the drive to achieve monthly sales goals. A bachelor's degree or higher in any specialization is required, and you must be comfortable working from the office in Noida from Monday to Friday.
