Key Responsibilities:

QA Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.
• Take full ownership of the QA function, including team structure, tooling, and processes.
• Build and lead the transition from manual to automated testing, ensuring coverage, reliability, and maintainability.
• Recommend and implement best-in-class testing frameworks, infrastructure, and CI/CD integrations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads and product stakeholders to embed quality practices early in the SDLC.

Manual Testing Oversight

• Perform and lead comprehensive manual testing across multiple platforms (web, mobile, backend).
• Establish test plans, test case repositories, regression plans, and release readiness criteria.
• Oversee exploratory testing and edge-case validation, especially in critical releases or new features.
• Ensure consistent documentation and traceability of bugs, test cases, and QA deliverables.

Automation Ownership

• Architect and implement automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing using tools such as

  Cypress

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Define automation scope and priorities; develop regression suites for key user flows and system behaviors.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Participate in planning, refinement, and code reviews with developers and product managers.
• Advocate for testability, reliability, and quality in design and implementation phases.
• Mentor junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality across teams.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience in

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in leading QA teams or projects.
• Exposure to native mobile automation or manual testing with
