Senior Lead Consultant - Implementation Conversion Technical

You will be working on the Policy Admin Suite (Compass), a flexible insurance policy administration system that supports multiple business lines and products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Working with internal teams, client teams, and project managers to understand and analyze clients" requirements. - Documenting business systems requirements for business units or functions. - Configuring the Compass application based on clients" requirements. - Documenting clients" requirements in appropriately formatted business specifications. - Participating in design sessions for new functionality development or customization of existing functionality. - Ensuring clients" requirements are accurately reflected in the logical specifications produced by the Design Team. - Assisting in the development of test plans and resolving production issues. - Reporting on progress and managing activities according to the plan. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong business analysis knowledge in the Life insurance industry. - Familiarity with relational databases and technical skills such as SQL, Oracle, UNIX, Excel Macros. - Experience with Insurance Policy Administration Systems. - Excellent communication and analytics skills. - Knowledge of SDLC and requirement gathering techniques. - Insurance Domain certification like LOMA (ALMI or FLMI), Insurance Institute of India - Licentiate, Associate, and Fellowship. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
