Senior Java Fullstack Engineer

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer specializing in React and Java at Fractal, a leading AI & analytics organization, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to building end-to-end Data to Decision Systems for Fortune 500 clients. Reporting to a Lead Architect, your responsibilities will include architecting, estimating, managing, developing, and maintaining both the backend and frontend components of various projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Scrum Master, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Your role will involve working with the data science & engineering team to incorporate algorithmic outputs from backend REST APIs, collaborating with business and product owners to create interactive infographics, mentoring junior engineers on coding best practices and career development, presenting technical project updates to clients, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and addressing any bugs or integration issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the developed processes and applications. To excel in this role, you should have 5-8 years of demonstrable experience as a Fullstack Engineer for enterprise web applications, with expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, ReactJS or VueJS, Java SE, SpringBoot or Play Framework, as well as familiarity with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL), REST APIs, and UI concepts. Proficiency in test-driven development, visualization libraries, backend services, and performance optimization is essential. The ideal candidate would also possess problem-solving skills, familiarity with code versioning tools like GitHub, and a good understanding of cloud services, UX design, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools. A degree in B.E/B.Tech, BCA, or MCA is required for this role, and the position is based in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, or Chennai.
