Senior Java Fullstack Developer

As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your role will involve leading applications systems analysis and programming activities to meet specific business needs or user areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs - Monitor and control all phases of development process and provide user and operational support on applications to business users - Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues and make evaluative judgments - Work closely with technical and business teams across multiple locations to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions - Troubleshoot time-sensitive production issues and identify the cause for resolution - Analyze data and system outputs to determine the effectiveness of existing data flows - Translate business requirements into high-level software designs, implement designs into robust, secure, and maintainable software - Write unit and integration tests for all code, ensuring it is tested to a high standard - Apply a security-by-design approach to development and configure continuous delivery systems - Provide technical mentoring and advice to junior team members and ensure engineering standards are being applied at all stages of software development - Contribute to the team's documentation and recommend security measures in post-implementation analysis - Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend advanced programming solutions - Ensure essential procedures are followed and define operating standards and processes **Qualifications Required:** - Good track record of relevant experience in design and development of Java based systems - 8+ years working experience in JAVA 8, Core JAVA, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot Restful Services - Substantial experience in Core Java, Java EE, ReactJS / JavaScript / Typescript / CSS4 / HTML5 - Experience in working on multiple technologies, design standards & framework, and event-driven architecture - Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, ORM technologies, and tools like IntelliJ/Eclipse, JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkin, JIRA, Maven, Sonar, GIT, Bitbucket - Experience with Docker, RedHat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Continuous Integration systems - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development Methodologies This job description provides a high-level overview of the role, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
