Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performing applications and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and debugging.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

610 years of experience as a Java Developer.
Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML.
Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control (Git).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

Exposure to Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming/message queue technologies.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
