Education Criteria:

Bachelors / masters degree in engineering / IT or BCA / MCA
Relevant certification courses from reputed organization

Experience Level:

6+ years of full-time hands-on software development experience
1+ years of team lead experience

Technical Skills (Essential):

Strong programming capability in Core Java or any other server-side programming language
Strong analytical skills
Good experience with working with databases / applications that interact with databases
Good understanding of queues / kafka / nosql database / camel / REST
Experience with performance tuning
Good knowledge of Maven
Good exposure to CICD tools like Jenkins

Technical Skills (Desirable):

Experience with cloud deployed application is an added advantage
Experience with Kubernetes is an added advantage
Experience with payments is an added advantage
Experience in agile methodology is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handson & support a team of developers to develop product features and services in alignment with architectural principles
Take responsibility for code quality and maintenance
Training and upskilling team members
