Senior Java Developer

As a Senior Java Developer in this remote position based in Bangalore, you will be a key member of the Cloud Engineering vertical. Your role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable and high-performance applications using modern technologies. You will work on challenging projects related to headless architecture, containerization, cloud platforms, and CI/CD automation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 17, Spring Framework, and MySQL. - Build and manage front-end components using React.js within a headless architecture setup. - Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Ensure efficient build and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools, Maven, and Git. - Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and effectively manage deployment environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Drive technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Java (preferably Java 17) and Spring ecosystem. - Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases. - Proficiency in React.js and understanding of headless architecture. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Git, and containerization (Docker). - Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Nice To Have: - Elastic Path certification or relevant training. - Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Terraform. - Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
