Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Work from technical specifications to independently design, build, enhance, configure, and maintain IdentityBridge platform components and integrations.
• Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide input on improving performance, scalability, and security.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across API integrations, orchestration logic, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, client technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Support design/code reviews, infrastructure reviews, and CI/CD improvements.
• Manage client expectations professionally, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely communication.

Knowledge Requirements

• Expert understanding of modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) and API-first design principles.
• Strong Hands-on experience of Spring, Spring Boot, Java, and React-based UI frameworks.
• Working understanding of authentication and authorization concepts: OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, API keys, and token-based flows.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), including compute, storage, IAM, networking, and serverless patterns.
• Knowledge of containerization & orchestration—Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux scripting, security hardening, and server operations.
• Understanding of identity lifecycle concepts, directory services, and integration patterns is a strong plus.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab), and Git-based version control.
• ·Experience integrating APIs, performing XML/JSON transformations, and working with REST/SOAP endpoints.
• Strong SQL scripting and database design knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and drive initiatives independently while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

Education/Experience:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (computer science or engineering).
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:

Professional certification in area of expertise a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
