Position Overview:

The Senior Associate – IT Operations will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining enterprise systems. The role involves troubleshooting, IT asset management, Microsoft 365 administration, and supporting cloud operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Hardware & Software Troubleshooting:

· Handle hardware and software troubleshooting for enterprise systems.

· Manage networking and server operations.

IT Asset Management & Maintenance:

· Maintain and update IT asset inventory with accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.

· Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, and disposal of IT assets.

· Track asset lifecycle and ensure compliance with company policies.

License Management & Microsoft 365 Administration:

· Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 licenses and related services.

· Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and groups in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Azure AD.

· Assign and monitor license usage across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

· Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.

· Manage security settings, MFA policies, and data retention configurations.

Cloud Operations:

· Perform cloud operations, including monitoring, provisioning, and troubleshooting resources across AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

Must have Skills:

· Hardware and software troubleshooting

· IT asset management

· Networking and server management

· Microsoft 365 administration and license management

· Cloud operations (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have Skills:

· Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks

· Experience with automation or scripting for IT operations

· Familiarity with endpoint security management tools

· Knowledge of ISO Compliance Protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
