Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with recruits, and ensuring timely updates on application status.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
