Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates.
Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, communicating with recruits, and ensuring timely updates on application status.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
