Job Description

As a Sales Executive at The Knowledge Academy, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. You will have the opportunity to sell to a diverse international audience, explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and drive new customer acquisitions while managing customer relationships effectively. Your responsibilities will also include managing pre-sales support, developing relationships with customers, and staying updated on market trends to ensure customer satisfaction and influence sales strategies. - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual B2C revenue targets. - Successfully sell to a wide variety of dynamic international audiences. - Identify and utilize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand revenue. - Drive new customer acquisitions and effectively manage customer relationships. - Ensure highest standards of communication, product knowledge, and business acumen. - Develop relationships with customers to build and nurture your sales pipeline. - Stay informed about market, competitor, and industry trends to stay competitive. - Maintain current awareness to support clients and influence sales strategies. - Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in the Technology Sector. - Background in selling EdTech or other technology-based services markets. - Strong understanding of the technology or education industry. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Functional competencies in time and data management, accurate record-keeping, and a drive for excellence. - Excellent personal and professional appearance with fluency in English. - Ability and willingness to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
