Senior Implementation Manager (HCM)

As Implementation Head (HCM) at Darwinbox, you will be leading the strategic direction and operational excellence of global implementation operations. You will oversee a team of Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Specialists across multiple geographies, managing complex, enterprise-scale HRMS deployments. Your role will involve defining and executing the global implementation strategy in alignment with Darwinbox's business objectives and growth trajectory. You will drive continuous evolution of Darwinbox's implementation philosophy, ensuring precision in measuring and enhancing customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include enabling and tracking value realization across projects to unlock desired outcomes within defined timelines, scope, and budget parameters. You will maintain strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders at enterprise client organizations, serving as the primary Darwinbox representative for resolving complex technical and business challenges during large-scale deployments. Additionally, you will lead and inspire a large, distributed team of consultants, solution architects, and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration. In this role, you will contribute to revenue growth through successful implementations that drive client retention and expansion opportunities. You will support sales activities by providing implementation expertise during pre-sales processes and identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvements to drive competitive differentiation. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent, along with 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, HR Consulting, HRMS Delivery, or Customer Success, including a minimum of 4 years in senior management roles. You should have a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex enterprise transformation initiatives and a strong understanding of global HR practices and regulatory frameworks across multiple regions. Additionally, you should have strong executive presence, effective communication skills, and a passion for adopting new technologies for process improvements and high-value outcomes.,
