Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee benefits and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives. The Senior Human Resources Generalist will also act as a liaison between management and employees, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
