Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphics Designer with at least 3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing agency to join our fast-paced, creative team. The ideal candidate will be a design leader—someone who can handle multiple client projects daily, drive creative direction, and deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content that converts.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, creative innovation, business strategy, and leadership skills. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to produce exceptional design outputs across digital, print, and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Execution – Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across multiple brands.
• Brand Management – Maintain consistency of brand assets, logo systems, typography, brand guides, and manuals.
• Campaign Collateral – Design high-quality marketing materials, including banners, posters, print ads, product labels, packaging, POS displays, and campaign creatives.
• Digital & Social Media Creatives – Deliver engaging content for ads, social media posts, and brand campaigns that align with marketing goals.
• UI/UX Design – Create user-friendly web & mobile app screens, landing pages, and interactive designs.
• Motion Graphics & Video Assets – Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
• Project Leadership – Oversee design projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality standards.
• Mentorship & Collaboration – Guide junior designers and foster a creative, innovative environment.
• Innovation & Trends – Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep brand visuals fresh.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, handling multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and visual identity creation.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation for campaigns.
• Strong understanding of design for both digital and print.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and soft skills.
• Strong project management abilities with on-time delivery track record.
