Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently handling projects from start to finish and leading a team of developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Independently manage and deliver end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Lead the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to deliver robust solutions.
• Technical Development:
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient full-stack applications.
• Utilize front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, .NET, or Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Team Management:
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior and mid-level developers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and version control strategies.
• Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations.
• Agile and Collaboration:
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), .NET, Java, or PHP (Laravel).
• Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Strong expertise in version control systems (Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Leadership and Management Skills:
• Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
• Experience in code refactoring and optimizing legacy applications.
