Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior/Expert Software Developer in the AI Platform team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the architecture, design, and engineering of a next-generation platform for AI-powered applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in combining workflow orchestration, agent tooling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and full-stack extensibility. You will be responsible for developing both backend and frontend systems that enable developers and enterprises to seamlessly build, deploy, and scale intelligent applications. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement core systems for an LLM-powered application platform, including visual workflow design and orchestration, retrieval pipelines, agent tooling, and extensible plugin or SDK framework for custom development. - Develop and maintain a robust multi-model infrastructure supporting open-source and commercial LLMs, vector databases, and APIs. - Engage in full-stack engineering by building modern UIs for workflow and prompt management, implementing backend APIs, data pipelines, and integrations, and ensuring production-ready deployments with Docker/Kubernetes. - Lead system design and scalability decisions, driving best practices across performance, monitoring, and observability. - Collaborate cross-functionally to define product direction, integrate user feedback, and mentor other developers. Ideal Candidate Must-Have Qualifications: - 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python. - Proven track record in scalable backend development, strong knowledge of LLM application architectures, proficiency with containers and deployment automation, and solid experience with databases and vector search systems. - Ability to lead technical discussions and guide architectural decisions.
