Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Java Backend & Angular/React at the Decision Administration team in Decision Product Enablement (DPE), you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions. Your role involves defining requirements for new applications, customization, and adhering to MasterCard standards, processes, and best practices. You will provide leadership, mentoring, and technical training to other team members. - Plan, design, and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements in adherence with MasterCard standards and best practices. - Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance activities to meet service level agreements and create innovative, cost-effective solutions with high quality and faster time to market. - Accountable for the full systems development life cycle, including creating high-quality requirements documents, design, test strategy, performance benchmarking, release rollout plans, and deployment plans. - Perform system maintenance, incident problem management, root cause identification, remediation, and on-call support. - Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies, frameworks, and participate in PoCs. - Collaborate with vendor resources for product support and conduct brownbag sessions on new technologies. - Follow and promote Quality Assurance processes, enhance standards, and improve process efficiency. - Mentor and guide team members, ensure test coverage, and perform quality inspections throughout the SDLC. - Co-ordinate offshore development and manage day-to-day activities. - Overall 6-9 years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Hands-on experience with Angular or React and strong Java Backend Skills (Java, Springboot, Microservices). - Expertise in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA), Web technologies (Angular, React, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, HTML), C, C++, Node.JS, Jenkins, MSSQL, GIT, Unix & Windows. - Proficiency in Database (Postgres, MSSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries. - Ability to learn technical product knowledge, especially security-related concepts, and understanding of product development lifecycle. - Experience in large-scale enterprise initiatives, agile delivery methodologies, and CI/CD. - Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and motivation to drive team success. - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.,
