As a full stack developer at our company, you will be working in a team that is responsible for building the core of our IDE. The team's primary focus is on creating the IDE as a platform to assist other internal teams. Your role will involve creating essential parts of the IDE that are utilized by every Mendix developer, such as the App Explorer, Toolbox, and the Properties pane. You should have a keen interest in understanding our users and identifying what brings value to them. Your ability to challenge yourself and the team to devise solutions that can be incrementally delivered for feedback and adjustments will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Ideate, technically design, and deliver software solutions that address user problems - Ensure the overall functional quality of the released product on all platforms - Create, document, and execute software designs, including complex workflows - Control the quality of the code you write and Studio Pro as a whole - Collaborate within and outside the team to support team success - Continuously improve yourself, our technology, and assist others in improvement - Coach and mentor more junior developers - Maintain the solutions you and the team build to gather feedback and enhance the solution - you build it, you own it! Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Typescript - Proficiency in C# and experience in writing automated tests, e.g., unit tests - Experience with React.js and affinity with HTML/CSS - Familiarity with CI/CD processes - Experience in multi-platform development, including MacOS and Windows - Experience working with large software solutions - Ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively - Clear communication skills to articulate ideas - Experience in working within a product team and creating frameworks or tools for other developers You will be responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms. Additionally, you will be involved in creating, documenting, and executing software designs, which may involve complex workflows or multiple product areas. Your role will also include collaborating with internal teams to ensure success and understanding the users' needs with the help of the product manager and product designer. Finally, you will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring more junior developers to foster growth within the team.
