Senior Full Stack Developer

Job

• Architect, design, and develop full-stack AI applications using React.js (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
• Work with LangChain

  Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, Chroma), and MCP servers

• Integrate payment gateways like Stripe with secure workflows.
• Lead a development team conduct code reviews, guide architecture, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and AI engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI development trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Technologies

Frontend:

• React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, Next.js is a plus)
• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)
• TailwindCSS / Material UI
• Responsive design & UI/UX best practices

Backend:

• Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• RESTful APIs & GraphQL
• Database Design (SQL: PostgreSQL/MySQL; NoSQL: MongoDB)
• Microservices architecture

AI & ML:

• LLM Integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
• LangChain, Haystack, LlamaIndex
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma
• Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Automation
• Experience with Cursor & GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding

DevOps & Cloud:

• AWS / GCP / Azure (AI services experience preferred)
• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

Other Skills:

• Stripe payment gateway integration
• Authentication & Authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
• Git & version control best practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical & architectural skills
• Excellent communication & team leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in AI product startups
• Familiarity with MCP servers & GenAI frameworks
• Experience in designing scalable multi-tenant SaaS applications
• Knowledge of streaming APIs & real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.io)
