Job Description

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Joiners only

Design and develop highly responsive web user interfaces using React.js and Redux
Write reusable, testable, and efficient UI components using Styled Components or Emotion
Build and maintain frontend architecture aligned with product and design teams
Configure and optimize bundlers like Webpack or Vite
Write and execute tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
Collaborate with backend developers working in Django, FastAPI, or Flask
Contribute to microservices design and API integration
Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, React.js, and Redux
Proficiency with Styled Components, Emotion, or other CSS-in-JS tools
Strong experience with Webpack or Vite
Solid understanding of unit, component, and end-to-end testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
Experience in frontend architecture and component design best practices
Basic to intermediate understanding of Python web frameworks: Django / FastAPI / Flask

Good to Have:

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud deployments
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices
Exposure to GraphQL or RESTful API integrations
Background in micro frontend architecture is a plus
