Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving complex challenges, mentoring junior developers, and taking ownership of high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver solutions.
• Implement best coding practices, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Frontend: React.js
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB (NoSQL)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and application deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
