Job Summary:

Senior Full Stack Developers with 710 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions using

  Laravel and Vue.js.

• Guide and mentor junior developers in best coding practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment processes.
• Manage Docker environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate AI-based components or third-party APIs to enhance application intelligence.
• Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability in all solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years

  of proven experience as a

  Full Stack Developer

  or similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency in

  Laravel, Vue.js.

• Strong backend development experience with Laravel – Eloquent ORM, migrations, jobs, events, queues, schedulers
• Strong experience with Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with

  Node.js

  (Express, API development, async programming).
• Proficient with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid understanding of system architecture and application scalability.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API security (JWT, OAuth).
• Clear understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing AI-driven features or integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, or ML-based tools).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in leading or managing development teams.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with LogRocket for frontend monitoring and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
